Designed as an overview of project management for project team members, business analysts and the new project managers, this programme covers fundamental elements of the project management processes and assist in refining requirements, assumptions and constraints. Take part in the creation of project work plan; suggest performance indicators and limits; obtain the function to participate in project support, administrative and financial project closure.
